About Us

Rheumatology Association of Longview was founded by Dr. Kayvan Kamali, M.D., in 2003. Through the years, it has established a tradition of excellence in arthritis care in East Texas. Dr. Kamali and his support staff are sensitive to an individual’s illness’s unique and disabling nature. At Rheumatology Association of Longview, We strive to provide a caring, compassionate, and professional environment.
Dr. Kamali is board-certified by the American College of Rheumatology.  He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 1996.  He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center in 2000 and his Rheumatology Fellowship at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2002 and has been practicing since 2003.
